Before you start

Not all TVs, Blu-ray players, or Home Theater systems have Internet capability. You can check if your device is Internet-capable in your devices specification's on our support websites.

You will need access to an browser internet on a computer or another Internet-capable device.

The Prime video's application usually comes pre-installed on Sony TVs. However, the app can also be downloader from the Google Play Store on an television .

Only Android television can download apps. Other television doesn't have this apps pre-installed and it's not available for download.

If you can't download apps on your television , learn how to use streaming services (e.g. Amazon's Prime video's ) on non-Android TVs.

The Prime video's application is out there in over 150 countries and territories (as of November 2021), however, the supply of the app may vary counting on the country and therefore the type of television you have (Android vs non-Android).

How to access the Amazon's Prime video's app and register your device

Using the supplied remote , press the house or MENU button.

Select video's , Application, My Apps or Apps, counting on your model.

Select the [Prime video's ] app. The location of the Prime video's app thumbnail may vary counting on your television model.

Select [Sign in], as shown within the screenshot below.

Note the six-letter license plate that appears on the screen (e.g. L98ZKR), as shown in the screenshot below. (You will need it in Step 9 to register your device's to your Amazon's account).

Open the Amazon's sign-in page in an browser on your computer or other Internet-capable device.

Sign in to your Amazon's Prime account or create a new account.

How to create a new Amazon's Prime Account

Enter the registration code from your device, (e.g. L98ZKR), then select [Register Device].

Note: If registration code box does not appear in Amazon's website, go to amazon's website, OR you can call on this number for assistance +1 (888)-585-8398.

If the registration is successful, the television page from which you received the 6 digit code will update automatically OR you can call on this number for assistance +1 (888)-585-8398.

You will then be ready to view Prime video's content on your TV.

To manage the devices registered to your Amazon's Prime video's account, log in to your Amazon's Prime video's account on your computer or other Internet-enabled device and click [Manage my device].
